Currencies of a country reflects the culture, ethics, economic status of that particular country. It is important to analyze the pictures and texts in a currency or a coin.This picture shows the old one rupee Indian currency before independence. In front side there is national emblem at top right and in middle its written "One Rupee" in Hindi. And at back side of currency in left side "One Rupee" is written in different major languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati Indian has a diversity of culture and languages but from this currency we can see that national language Hindi, being the major spoken language in India, has more impact than any other languages.
This one Rupee Indian coin has a national emblem at one side and at the other end we have the number "1" and two corn on either side of one rupee. The number "1" shows the value of the coin and the corn is a symbolic representation that India is basically an agriculture country and the job of majority of Indians is farming.
